We are wired for relationship. It shapes us into who we are -- for better or for worse -- and yet also offers the healing we desperately desire. As your counselor, I am committed to you and to fostering an authentic, genuine relationship that allows for such healing to begin.

There are many moments, friendships, relationships, and events throughout life that can disrupt us, cause us anxiety, or instill great grief and hopelessness -- be it the death of a loved one, broken relationships, sexual abuse, or life transitions. However, there is a way through it all. Healing can be found.

I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology as well as an MA in Theology & Culture. My approach to counseling is very much relational, believing that the healing that will take place outside of the room begins inside the room with the relationship between the client and the therapist.

I look forward to holding your story with you. To come alongside and journey with you through the thick and thin of life. I hope that you find the healing you need -- that you find life.
