I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), and have had a private practice in Tacoma since 2013. I have worked extensively with adults of all genders and sexual orientations to address mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. My core belief is that we all have good reasons for being who we are, and everyone is capable of functioning well. I believe in meeting everyone with compassion, respect and gentle irreverence. I am LGBTQ, asexual, poly, kink and sex worker friendly.

My clients and I work together to address their struggles, acknowledging how both personal experiences and our wider culture can contribute to maladaptive patterns. I work well with kind, quirky people who struggle with finding a place in the world, and enjoy incorporating film, art and literature into my work. Utilizing humanistic, narrative, multicultural therapy and Lifespan Integration, I love working with my clients toward security, self-acceptance and fulfillment.
